Project – Single Family Residential Pickering | 1813 Grayabbey Court
Scope and Status – Site Plan Approval and Shell Building Permit. Construction Completed
Commissioned in 2012, this deep lot with a very narrow frontage that ended in a cul-de-sac was causing the owners some anxiety. Their biggest fear was that because the existing two houses on either side of their narrow frontage, their brand house will not be visible from the road.
With our task clearly cut out for us, right from the beginning a number of 3D models were generated and both the design and the placement of the house on the lot were studied carefully.
The house is now fully constructed and not only is it fully visible, it has a presence of its own in this quaint neighborhood.
