n Architecture Inc. was commissioned to design a townhouse development at 750 Huntingwood Drive, Toronto, Ontario. The proposal includes the construction of a three-storey townhouse complex with five three-bedroom units, each featuring a basement with a secondary unit. The development aims to provide modern living spaces with a focus on sustainability and integration into the surrounding neighbourhood.

The proposed development will include five townhouse units, each with a basement, main floor with garage, second and third floors, and a rooftop terrace. The total gross floor area will be 974.31 m², with lot coverage of 43.80%. The surrounding area includes a mix of residential and commercial uses. To the west is a place of worship, while single-family homes are located to the north, east, and south. A commercial plaza is located at the southwest corner of the intersection. The development will include a 6-meter vehicular access point from Huntingwood Drive and pedestrian access from Birchmount Road and a walkway along the driveway to the rear of the units.
