n Architecture Inc. a progressive architecture firm based in the GTA has worked on various Burger King throughout Canada, some of which are in Niagara region. A few of these restaurants are now complete and functional and can be found in Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Stoney Creek, and Hamilton.
6235 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls, ON
This Burger King restaurant is a 3650 sq.ft. building with a drive through. n Architecture Inc. was commissioned for the interior and the exterior design renewal. The overall look of the existing Burger King restaurant was updated to the latest Burger King design standards. Because the existing restaurant closed for the construction, the timeline of the project was very tight. As well, the restaurant interior design was adapted to the COVID health and safety standards. n Architecture Inc. worked with trade contractors to deliver fast completion of the construction.

Site Plan Approval & Shell building Architect: ACK Architects Studio Inc.
This Burger King restaurant is a 3110 sq.ft. building with a drive through. Being on an urban site with busy roads and a provincial highway nearby, n Architecture Inc. worked closely with the developers and the restaurant owner of this property to design the site efficiently to fit the drive through on this tight urban property. The interior of the building was designed as per the Burger King design standards and the exterior design of the building was selected among multiple iterations of the exterior facade done by the restaurant owners and the Burger King team in collaboration with ACK Architects Studio Inc., the architect of the shell building.

This Burger King restaurant is a 3200 sq.ft. building with a drive through. Weekly meetings were held with the developers to ensure smooth process of the development. n Architecture designed the interior design of the restaurant. The exterior facade was designed in collaboration with the Burger King team, the restaurant owner, the city, and the developers. The drive through regulations by the Burger King and the city were also considered in the process of designing the exterior of the restaurant.

Site Plan Approval & Shell building Architect: 7D Associates Ltd.
This Burger King restaurant is a unique 2-storey high 3200 sq.ft. restaurant with a double stacked drive through. The shell building is a two storey building with a convenience store and a truck wash bay. n Architecture worked closely with the Burger King team, the developers and the trade contractors to come up with a creative solution to accommodate the Burger King design standards to the double height building while adhering to strict fire safety standards of the Ontario Building Code. As a result, this location features a very high Burger King blade sign along with internal connection with the convenience store next door.
All the projects have successfully underwent through the relevant approval process to obtain approval from all the concerned authorities having jurisdiction.
