Commissioned in April 2020, the Halton Hills site at 10862 Steeles Avenue East has undergone a thoughtful and innovative expansion. This 35.83-acre site is set to meet the growing needs of modern transportation and convenience, with new amenities designed to enhance both functionality and sustainability.
n Architecture Inc. was tasked for designing an addition to the existing truck and trailer maintenance garage. This expansion includes a drive-through coffee shop, a convenience store, and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, offering a much-needed combination of services for those on the road.
The scope of work involved designing and submitting a comprehensive Site Plan Application, which was filed in April 2021. The addition of these amenities aligns with the evolving demands of the transportation and commercial sectors, providing both a functional space for maintenance needs and a sustainable service hub for customers and workers alike.
