Scope of Work: Concept Design

n Architecture was commissioned in 2016 to design a Hotel for the Phase 3 future development located in the intersection of  Markham and McNicoll Avenue.

The site contains other establishments such as a Banquet hall, Retail units, Offices, and the Hotel.

This  5-storey hotel provides  99 suites with a total GFA of approximately 59,000 sq ft. The amenities includes a swimming pool and a rooftop garden.

This building carries the Fairfield Marriott flag making it a premium Marriott product.
