Designed by n Architecture Inc., the architectural design incorporates a combination of materials, with the lower storeys claded in a durable brick façade, while the upper levels are finished in sleek grey and white tones, creating a clean, modern visual. The units range in size from 60 to 85 square meters, providing a variety of living spaces suitable for different household sizes and lifestyles. The design also includes 60 surface parking spots, ensuring convenient parking for residents.
