Set in the picturesque Rosedale (Frasier Valley Region District) near Vancouver BC,  this really scant space site was to accommodate an Esso gas station complete with an ‘On the Run‘ store, a Tim Horton’s restaurant accompanied by a drive thru, two other retail units, a residential unit on the second floor. Since the site had no services, a substantial space was utilized to accommodate the septic system / bed. Our scope of work was to design the Shell Building though the interiors were done by the design agencies of the respective brands.

The design process started in 2010 with the nearby mountains forming the inspiration for the final look and feel of this development. The construction was completed in September 2014 and ever since then this location has been a resounding success.
