Grand Opening!

n Architecture Inc. was commissioned to design a new 1-storey commercial development comprised of a convenience store with a food partner, carwash, and a 6-pump gas bar canopy located at 2045 Codlin Crescent , Toronto, Ontario with a total GFA of 4,514.38 sq.ft.  

The main structure of the development addresses the corner between Codlin Crescent and Albion Road, forming an intricate street articulation at the junction of the two lanes, enhancing the public realm. The materials on the building exterior are constituted of dark stone cladding, brick, white stone, horizontal wood panels, and glass handrails. The windows are transparent glass with dark bronze insert panels.

September 12, 2022 – Marks the Grand opening date of the development. The clients alongside the Principal Architect and Staff of n Architecture Inc., as well as other members involved in making this project a reality, joined together to celebrate the official inauguration of the new commercial addition to the community.
