The property being a corner lot, the building design emphasized at the corner utilizing the view of the water. As well, the building is designed to maximize the main street access.
The building exterior incorporates traditional materials with modern elements to create harmony with the local style of Architecture. Traditional materials such as dark grey natural stone and grey and brown bricks are paired with modern materials like glass and EIFs.
