n Architecture Inc. was commissioned to design an apartment building in Etobicoke, Toronto, Ontario. The proposed development is a 12-storey apartment building. The building has a gross floor area of approx 100,000 sqft with 99 residential units from the 2nd floor to 12th floor. There is one level of underground parking in addition to stilt parking and surface level parking. The development includes amenities such as a gym, party room, games room, reading room, and an office on the ground floor for residents to utilize.

The design of the building reflects the shape of the curved roads that surround the site. The building’s shape mimics these curves to form a unique rounded and triangular form.

Materials vary within the design to help compartmentalize the 12 storey mass. On the first three floors, dark grey brick is used to help ground the building visually and include white mouldings that run horizontally across the first floor and green glazed louvers along the windows on the third floor which provide architectural accents.
