This site which is located in the close proximity to the city hall in Ajax was previously approved for 9 townhouses. By the time we were finished with the revised Site Plan – we were able to add an extra townhouse unit for the new owner. Both the city and owner have been quite pleased with the contemporary look and finishes of the building.
