The project at 22044 Hwy 48, East Gwillimbury, Ontario, involves the development of a modern five-storey self-storage facility, featuring a total of 288 storage units. Commissioned in May 2021, this project is set on a 5.06-acre site and aims to provide a versatile and secure storage solution for the local community. The design emphasizes functionality and accessibility, with a range of unit sizes from 5 to 30 square meters, catering to various storage needs.

Designed by n Architecture, the architectural layout incorporates a mix of materials, with light grey stone and concrete blocks for the structure, complemented by light grey metal siding and brown accents to enhance the overall visual appeal. A metal grey canopy provides a contemporary touch, offering both shelter and an aesthetic focal point. The building also includes 15 parking spaces to accommodate visitors and customers.

The project is currently in the site plan application phase, submitted in November 2024, with the LSRCA permit submitted in February 2025. The self-storage facility promises to meet the growing demand for secure, accessible storage options in East Gwillimbury, contributing to the area’s development while maintaining an efficient and modern design.
