n Architecture Inc. was commissioned to build a residential project at 357-361 Elgin Street West in Cobourg, Ontario. This development features a five-storey apartment building with 86 units and 15 single-storey townhomes, designed to offer diverse and modern living spaces.

Spanning a 5.5-acre site, the project prioritizes sustainability by preserving the southern natural landscape and creating walkable access through two pedestrian pathways. The apartment building includes 100 parking spaces, while the townhomes offer an additional 30 spaces. The development aligns with Cobourg’s vision of creating a vibrant, compact, and eco-friendly community.

With a mix of housing types and a focus on green spaces, this project contributes to Cobourg’s goal of sustainable growth and livability for its residents.
