Woodbine area in Toronto is known for its rich cultural context and the wide variety of services and attractions it offers to the people. It is an anchor for many lading organizations, uppermost hotels and splendid attractions.

The project site has an existing banquet hotel with almost half the site dedicated for parking. The client is using the opportunity to convert the underutilized space on site into a 7 storey Tru by Hilton hotel.

The site is located in close vicinity to the Toronto Pearson Airport, and as it is across the street from the Woodbine Casino and Racetracks, it offers a unique opportunity for the Hotel to have direct view of their facilities.

The proposed hotel is one of the first few Tru by Hilton hotels in Canada acting as a stepping stone for the brand’s establishment. The hotel houses 110 rooms of various types and the supporting amenities such as the fitness centre, guest laundry, games and lounge area, and an indoor pool. The hotel intends to provide quality service to all the guests and add to the visitors for the area.

n Architecture Inc. designed a new perspective for the proposed building while maintaining the high level standards of the Tru by Hilton dynamic style.
